Custom Shoes

How long until I get my shoes?

The process includes ordering the shoes online, getting them shipped to us, create the artwork design, and shipping them to you. The current wait time for custom shoes is around 4 weeks, but it depends on how many orders we have that the wait time can be up to to 8 weeks, however, we try our best to ship it to you as soon as we can.

I want to order some custom shoes, how does it work?

Submit a Custom Shoe Order Form.
After you submit the custom shoe order form we will discuss the custom design you want. We will make sure what brand, style, color, size, shoes you want. Once we have your approval and payment. We will then order your shoes, create the artwork and ship them to you.

Can I get whatever design I want on my shoes?

We reserve the right to refuse orders based on the usage of inappropriate language or trademark infringements.

How much does a pair of custom Neodot Design Shoes cost?

Custom artwork shoe design starts at $500.

What is included in the price?

The price includes the shoes itself, the hand made design artwork and the shipping costs.

What materials, do you use to create the artwork design in the shoe?

The materials that we use on the custom shoe design is permanent inks. All the materials used are waterproof and can withstand the rain. The artwork is 100% permanent and will not come off. Guaranteed.

How durable are custom sneakers?

Like all shoes, they should be taken care of. You can wear them on a daily basis but picking, scratching or scuffing the leather will damage it. If the shoes get dirty, just wipe it with a clean damp cloth.

Are shoes from Neodot Design considered wearable?

Yes. All of our shoes are considered a piece of art to wear and show them off. However, is up to you, you wear them at your own risk or you save them in your shoe and art collection.

Can I send in my own shoe?

We prefer to purchase the shoe.

What if I want a different type of shoes than I see on the website?

Feel free to contact us and let us know what you would like and we will customize them for you.

Do you offer wall art commission work?

We welcome working with customers to create unique and creative work that is specific to your needs. Please contact us via the website to discuss any ideas you have regarding commission works. A non-refundable deposit is required, but if you are not totally satisfied with the completed work, a full refund minus the deposit will be issued. Your total satisfaction is our goal.

What services do you offer besides custom shoes?

Besides custom shoe design, we create wall art and wood artwork, but we are open to new artwork custom projects. We provide custom artwork design and custom art projects service. We enjoy the exclusivity to be part of creating one of a kind piece of artwork. Please contact us with your vision and we will be happy to work with you.

Is your wall art ready to hang?

All paintings are shipped ready to hang, using professional grade wire and attachments.

What shipping method do you use?

We ship through USPS to the USA. All orders have tracking.
