On the toes, it is illustrated the goddess Moon Coyolxauhqui. According to the Aztec mythology, she was the daughter of the Earth goddess, Coatlicue, and sister of the Sun god, Huitzilopochtli, who threw her head into the sky to form the Moon. Slithering around one shoe is depicted the Maya god feathered serpent, Kukulkan, while on the other shoe are represented symbols from the Mayan calendar and phases of the moon.

These sneakers are made to order, and price includes shoes and artwork. Each pair is hand designed in dots, and no two pairs are identical. Please allow up to 8 weeks for your item to be delivered.
